2020/2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA INC. welcomes all - 

 Members, Family, Friends, Guests, Sponsors & Supporters of our club to attend our Annual General Meeting.

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA Inc. will be holding it's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 31st of July 2021.

The AGM will begin at 1600hrs - 1800hrs.

The AGM will also run in tandem as our July / August Monthly Meetings

The Following Executive Committee Positions will be applicable for election for 2021/2022 

• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Training & Development Coordinator

Any paid member wishing to nominate for a position on the Executive Board must do so as per instructions given in the AGM Notice email. 

Any paid member who has not yet received a email please notifiy the committee via info@isuzu4x4clubwa.com.au

The Following Sub Committee Positions will be electable via vote at the AGM for 2021/2022

• Trainers
• 4x4 Trip Leaders
• Caravan Trip Leaders
• Fishing Trip Leaders
• Social Events Officers
• Social Media Officers
• Quartermaster
• Environment Officer
• Administration Officer
• Public Relations Officer

All members nominating must be current paid members of the club.

Venue: Riverton RSL Sub-Branch

Address: 153 High Rd, Riverton WA 6155, Australia

Early Open: Venue will open to members and guests at 1530hrs.

Annual General Meeting: AGM begins at 1600hrs Sharp! and will conclude at 1800hrs

Catering: 3 Course Meal, Nibbles, Soft Drinks & Water

Dinner: 1800hrs - 1900hrs

Cost: $35.00 per person includes camping.

AGM: After Party begins at 1900hrs

RSVP: All attendees are required to RSVP to this event by 22/07/2021
