2023/2024 - 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA INC. welcomes all  members to our 5th AGM

5th Annual General Meeting.

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA Inc. will be holding its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 19th of July 2024.

The AGM will begin at 1900hrs.

Our club will be providing catering food platters and cool drinks please note the club will not be providing alcohol*

The theme for this event is to wear your loudest shirt

I.e. Bright, Bold, colorful!

There will be a prize up for grabs.

After the AGM concludes the club will be heading into the sports bar to socialise. There is also a Karaoke on in the sports bar and there will be a cash prize of $1,000 up for grabs. You don't need to be the best singer all you have to do is register and get up and sing your best or worst, it's all about a bit of fun.

Our AGMS is the most important meeting of the year, where we will go through the club's history and into projecting its future.

Please note we will start the event off with our Member's Monthly General Meeting to simply do the monthly financials and minutes of the previous meeting and then close the meeting to open the AGM.

We kindly for members not to arrive at the event until 1845hrs. This will ensure the Executive Board has ample uninterpreted time to set up the venue.

We want it to look good before you arrive 😊

The Following Executive Board positions will be applicable for election for 2024/2026

• Admin

All members nominating must be current paid members of the club.
