  • Suitable for medium clearance vehicles with dual range and all-terrain tyres.

    Driver Experience:  Suitable for all drivers 

  • UHF Channel: 10
  • Minimum Requirements: Licensed & roadworthy vehicle, UHF Radio either a fixed unit or a handheld unit (5 watts is the recommended wattage for handheld radios), Rated recovery points front and rear of your vehicle or minimum a rated (recovery hitch), 2 x rated bow shackles, 1 x snatch strap & damper blanket, 1 x long-handle shovel, Air Compressor, Tire Deflator, Enough water for 24 hours per occupant.   • Footwear: Enclosed Shoes must be worn on loose gravel surfaces. We recommend wearing boots if you have them or shoes with lots of treads the pee gravel can be slippery.
  • Food: BYO - Self-Sufficient (snacks/lunch break in the field)

Trip Overview - We welcome Richard & Liz as our newest Trip Leaders who have planned an amazing evening trip to Mount Dale Lookout for a social evening/ picnic and hopefully a stunning sunset. The view is unimpeded across forest and city then out to sea. Bring your binoculars.

This trip is limited to 10 vehicles as the lookout car park is small.

This is a very easy trip on 30 Km of reasonably good unsealed road.

The weather could be cold & wet, so please ensure you bring wet weather gear and something warm to wear.

Attendees are advised to please ensure safety/event requirements are taken

  • Follow instructions given by the trip leader, trip leader 2IC / Charlie.
  • Carefully follow all directions given by the trip leader, trip leader 2IC / Charlie.
  • Make sure you arrive early before the safety/trip briefing
  • If you are not sure about something or you need assistance please radio call the Trip Leaders or Charlie for assistance

Attendee Acknowledgment -

Drivers must hold a valid Western Australian Drivers License

Vehicles are registered & roadworthy

Vehicles must have a roadworthy spare tire jack and tools to change it

Attendees are required to follow all instructions & directions given to me by a member of the committee trip leaders or any other person given authority to provide instructions & directions by the committee

Attendees must always act and behave in accordance with the Isuzu Club code of conduct in the safest & respectful manner

Attendees are expected to arrive at the Muster Point with a full tank of fuel 15 minutes before the Muster Time

If running late, attendees must contact the Trip Leader to discuss possible options - If running too late you may not be able to attend the trip

Attendees understand that the club records different types of media for its purposes & it is your responsibility to ensure you remove yourself from the recording location if you do not wish to be recorded

If attendees fail to follow instructions given, act or conduct activities in a non-safe manner and or an unrespectful manner you may be asked to leave the trip
