About the Event

We are heading to "The Mullewa Muster & Rodeo", an all ages licensed event attracting over 3,000 visitors. 

The event consists of:

  • Mullewa Muster & Rodeo (8am to 5.30pm)
  • Beaut Ute Competition, 
  • Whip Crackin’ Competition
  • Mullewa Country Music Festival (5.30pm til late)

There’sa lso interactive workshops, stalls with information, giftware, western apparel, and a wide variety of food & refreshments on site.

The plan is to head to Marchagee picnic area on the Friday for free camping then head to rodeo early Saturday morning.

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA Inc. is heading North to the Mullewa Muster & Rodeo for a fun overnight trip.

  • We will be driving in a convoy (4 hours) from here to Mullewa Muster & Rodeo, to be setting up camp together.

  • Fuel – All attendees are to have a full tank of fuel before the Safety /  Trip briefing (Meeting at BP service station to top-up Fuel here for the trip)

  • Water - Minimum 3 Litres per day per adult we also recommend carrying the same amount per child as a safe measure.

  • Weather – The outdoors can change its conditions at any moment. We recommend doing a majority pack to suit the season, even in summer you can      experience cold nights so we always recommend that you bring some warm clothing and vice versa in Winter you can experience some hot weather,   so we recommend packing at least one set of warm weather clothes. Now do not  forget that even when the weather forecast is bright & sunny, anything can happen it is the weather after all, so do not forget to pack your wet  weather gear.
  • Camping suitability – Caravans, Off- Road Caravans, Camper Trailers, Tents, Swags
  • Camping Facilities – There are NO Showers or powered sites, only Unpowered Sites, toilets & a fire pit
  • Food / Groceries -       BYO.    Food and drinks are available at the Rodeo event

· Additional Costs

o General Admission - Adults $70.09

o General Admission - Seniors over 65's $54.28

o Children 6 - 16 years $22.67

o $25 per vehicle for camping

· Attendees can leave on the Sunday on their own accord.

· We may do some free camping on the Sunday night as it's a long weekend upon which anyone is welcome to join us.  

    Tracy knows where there are some spots.

  • We may also do some 4wding on the way back on the Monday, depending how we feel.

NOTE:

Do I Need a ticket?   YES, Tickets can NOT be purchased at the gate.

Is Camping Available?  Yes, off-site, just up the road at $25 per vehicle (regardless of number of people in vehicle)

A Shuttle Bus runs from the camp grounds to the Event (or a short walk)

Camp fires are allowed in the campgrounds - firewood is provided (BUT  bring extra firewood in case they run out)

Dogs are not allowed (due to the livestock event)
